Uses: In aromatherapy has a refreshing, mood-lifting, toning, invigorating effect. Removes unpleasant odours (tobacco, cooking smells) and is used as a room freshener. In folk medicine it has been used to boost the immune system, to improve blood circulation, in case of gum, teeth and skin problems (including calluses), for its astringent properties is has been valued in treating wounds and small cuts, it also helps to relieve common cold symptoms. Can be used for bath, massage, sauna, inhalation. In hair and skin care, it helps to rejuvenate dull and lacklustre skin and hair, reduce excess oil, add shine and strength to weak hair.
